FedEx Shipping Information
When indicated on the product description page, Flowers Fast
uses FedEx Overnight service to make delivery. All products are guaranteed fresh,
and finely packaged in a box for FedEx shipping. Floral bouquets may arrive in a state where they are not fully bloomed, to prevent damage to the flowers during shipping, and also to ensure freshness. The recipient must remove the flowers from the shipping box, and arrange them in the vase, if one is provided.
We CANNOT arrange for delivery
on or before certain times of day. The delivery time depends on when the Fedex
driver will be in the delivery area.

Deliveries are provided to all destinations within the continental USA, where
FedEx Overnight service is available. No deliveries are available to destinations
in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and other non-US destinations.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND FEDEX DELIVERY TO HOSPITALS. If the patient is released
prior to delivery, FEDEX cannot reship to a home address. No refunds will be issued
if FEDEX makes delivery to the hospital and the patient has been released. Please
consider a florist-delivered product for hospital patients.
A complete street address and valid phone number are required for shipping.
Partial or incorrect addresses may result in additional charges.
FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses.
FedEx delivery is NOT AVAILABLE on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
EXCEPTION: SATURDAY delivery is available on Valentine's Day -- 02/14/2015 ONLY

During holiday periods, it may be necessary to make delivery the day BEFORE or AFTER the requested date. Please specify in the comments if you want us to cancel the order in the event that delivery is not possible on the requested date.
All shipments are sent with "Signature Release Waiver". If no one is available to receive the package at the time FedEx delivers, the package will be left in the most suitable location as determined by the FedEx driver. We cannot be responsible for quality issues resulting from this situation.
If recipient refuses to accept delivery, FedEx will destroy the package. Due to the perishable nature of the
product, we cannot offer refunds in such situations.
