| When indicated on the product description page, Flowers Fast
uses FedEx, UPS, DHL or Airborne Express service to make delivery. All products are guaranteed fresh,
and finely packaged in a box for shipping. |
Same-day delivery service is not available for WebGift items.
You may choose
Ground, 2nd-Day Air or Next-Day Air service.
There is an additional fee of $10 for 2nd-Day Air, and an additional fee of
$20 for Next-Day Air.
Ground orders will be accepted Monday through Friday but do not have a guaranteed delivery date and orders placed at the end of the week may not ship until the next business day.
Please allow 3-7 business days for Ground delivery.
Orders received by 1pm EST Monday-Wednesday for 2nd-Day Air and orders
received by 1pm EST Monday-Thursday for Next-Day Air will go out that same day.
Due to the perishable nature of these items, all Next-Day orders received
after 1pm Thursday and all 2nd-Day orders received after 1pm Wednesday will
ship the following Monday.

Service Availability
Deliveries are provided to all destinations within the continental USA, where
delivery service is available. No deliveries are available to destinations
in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and other non-US destinations.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND WEBGIFT DELIVERY TO HOSPITALS. If the patient is released
prior to delivery, we cannot reship to a home address. No refunds will be issued
if we make delivery to the hospital and the patient has been released. Please
consider a florist-delivered product for hospital patients.
Addressing Requirements
A complete street address and valid phone number are required for shipping.
Partial or incorrect addresses may result in additional charges.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses.

During holiday periods, it may be necessary to make delivery the day BEFORE or AFTER the requested date. Please specify in the comments if you want us to cancel the order in the event that delivery is not possible on the requested date.
Package Delivery
All shipments are sent with "Signature Release Waiver". If no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, the package will be left in the most suitable location as determined by the driver. We cannot be responsible for quality issues resulting from this situation.
If a recipient refuses to accept delivery, the package will be destroyed. Due to the perishable nature of the
product, we cannot offer refunds in such situations.
